THE MINGYANG QINGZHOU IV 500MW OFFSHORE WIND FARM COULD FEATURE 10 12.5MW FLOATING WIND SYSTEMS

The department of ecology and environment of Guangdong province has published the Mingyang Qingzhou IV Environment Impact Assessment report (EIA). The planned installed capacity of the project is 500MW, featuring 57 wind turbines including 47 fixed wind turbines with unit capacity of 8MW and 10 floating wind turbines with unit capacity of 12.5MW. The water depth of the wind farm ranges between 43 and 46 m.
